SaaS / AppsOpen demo ↗Building management portalA back office for running a residential building, with two buildings and eighteen units already in the system. Fees carry automatic reminders ten days out, three days out and on the due date, then a chase for whoever has not paid, by email, SMS or WhatsApp depending on what each person prefers. Minutes start from a template, are approved digitally and filed with the vote count, by share and by head. Maintenance requests are followed by the whole building.
WebsitesOpen demo ↗Aura DentalA site for a dental practice in Milan: implants, veneers, crowns, whitening and hygiene, each with its own page, a case gallery and online booking. Swiss typography in black and white, with all the colour carried by the photography. The site says of itself that it is a demonstration: data, prices, contact details and clinical content are fictional.
WebsitesOpen demo ↗MeridiaA property catalogue of nine houses in warm places, for people who live where the winter sun does not come. Each house is a numbered plate carrying the measurements that actually matter: hours of January sun, mean temperature, metres to the water. Filters by latitude and kind of house, and a viewing request that starts from the month of arrival.
