- When do I find out what it costs?
- At the end of the first call, or within 24 hours if I have to check something. The quote arrives in writing, with the items listed separately.
- Can the price change once work has started?
- No. The quote is agreed before we begin and it stands. If you change what you need along the way, I tell you what that means before going ahead.
- Can I cancel the monthly service?
- Yes, whenever you like. No minimum term and no penalty: you pay the current month and you are out.
- How long until it is live?
- First version in 7–10 days from the moment I have your copy, images and logo. One round of feedback is included.
