Method

How I work.

It always starts the same way: a call and a plan. After that the road changes with what we build, because a brand, a site, an automation and visibility are not made the same way.

Phase 01

Discovery

I start from your business, not the code.

I get your goals, your customers and what isn't working today. I look at your competitors and find the edge you can actually own.

What you get
A short document with goals, a look at your competitors and my recommendation.
Typical duration
3–5 days
What I need from you
A 30-minute call and access to what you already have (site, socials, materials).
  • Goals and numbers
  • Your customers
  • Competitor analysis

Phase 02

Strategy

We decide what you actually need.

I turn what I learned into a clear plan: what to build, in what order and why. No useless features.

What you get
A clear plan: what to build, in what order and why, with the fixed quote.
Typical duration
2–4 days
What I need from you
A yes, or your objections, before I write a single line of code.
  • Priorities and customer journey
  • Structure and content
  • Time and budget estimate

From here on

Four roads, not one package.

The two steps above are the same for everyone. After that the road depends on what we build: a brand is agreed on paper, a site is watched growing in previews, an automation has to survive real cases, and visibility is never delivered because it is a rhythm.

01

Brand

The name, the mark, and the manual that holds them together once other people are the ones using them.

  1. Name, mark and first drafts on paper
  2. Colours and type, and how they behave together
  3. The manual: where the brand goes and where it does not
  4. Files handed over, ready for print and screen
How long
1–2 weeks
What moves the quote
How many applications you actually need. A sign and a menu is not the same job as a full wardrobe.
02

Websites

The pages, the words and the speed. Built on top of the brand, not on top of a bought theme.

  1. Structure and words, page by page
  2. The first page designed, then the rest
  3. Built with browsable previews at every step
  4. Live on your domain, with analytics already running
How long
1–3 weeks
What moves the quote
How many pages, and whether you need to sell online. A catalogue with payments is a different job from five pages.
03

AI automation

The work that repeats every week, taken off your day and put on a machine.

  1. You tell me the routine that eats your time
  2. I draw the flow and show you where the machine steps in
  3. I build it and test it on your real cases
  4. It runs on its own, and I keep an eye on it
How long
Days for the first one, then you add to it
What moves the quote
How many systems it has to touch. One inbox is simple; inbox, back office and stock together, much less so.
04

Visibility

Being found by the people looking for you, in search and inside AI answers.

  1. I look at what someone searching for you finds today
  2. I fix the things holding you back
  3. Content goes out on a rhythm, not in waves
  4. We measure, and drop what brings nothing
How long
First pass in a week, then it is continuous
What moves the quote
Whether it is only fixing what exists, or also producing content every month.
