A demonstration automation: customer questions about hours, delivery areas and products get answered straight away, looked up in the business's own information. When it does not know, it hands the conversation to you rather than inventing.

Customers write on WhatsApp and want an answer now: here it arrives in seconds, even with the shop closed, and you step in only where it actually matters.
