Site for tour operators and hospitality

Itineraries, departures, places left and an enquiry that arrives in writing instead of by voice.

The problem

The itineraries sit in a PDF you email out, and you reopen it every time a date changes. Everyone asks the same five things, and in high season you answer those same five things thirty times a day, from your phone, in the middle of something else.

What is included

What changes

The site takes the repeated questions. What reaches you is the real enquiry, already carrying the dates and the number of people.

See it working

Open, navigable demos, not screenshots. They are demonstration projects: no client was invented to fill this page.

Frequent questions

Can I sell directly from the site?

It can be done, but it is not where I start. First you fix the enquiry, which is where contacts are lost today. Online payment gets added later, when the numbers justify it.

How do I update the places left?

From a panel, or from a spreadsheet if you prefer working there. The site reads from wherever you decide.

Do I need a language per market?

No. Two languages done well beat five translated badly.
