Management system for beauty centres and spas
A diary per therapist and per cabin, packages that deduct themselves and reminders that shrink the gaps. The whole day fits in one screen.
The problem
The diary says who is booked but not in which cabin, and there is only one cabin with the pressotherapy machine. Prepaid packages live on paper cards, and when a client disputes her remaining sessions, the firmer voice wins. Cancellations arrive an hour before and the gap stays.
Worth considering if today
- Remaining package sessions get disputed because they live on paper cards
- The right cabin is busy even when the therapist is free
- Last-minute cancellations leave gaps nobody fills
- Products run out before anyone notices
What is included
Diary by therapist and cabin
Every booking claims a person and a room. The pressotherapy cabin cannot be booked twice.
Prepaid packages
Each session deducts from the balance, and the client sees it too. Disputes end because the count is written down.
Online booking with deposit
Whoever books from the link in bio leaves a deposit, and late cancellations stop being free.
Staggered reminders
Three days ahead, the day before and two hours before. Whoever must cancel does it in time for you to fill the gap.
Product stock
A sale deducts from stock and the alert fires before the product runs out.
What changes
The day opens with one glance instead of three phone calls, packages are no longer argued over, and cancellation gaps get filled because you know in time.
The nearest proof
This one does not have a public demo of its own yet, and I would rather say so. Below are the projects that demonstrate the parts it is made of: if a back office handles a diary, stock and products, the same back office can handle another diary and another stock. Look at those and judge from them.

Frequent questions
Will clients really book online?
A part of them yes, immediately, from the link in bio. The phone does not disappear: it quiets down. And every online booking is one less call during a treatment.
Won't the deposit scare clients away?
New clients accept it more than feared, and for regulars it can be switched off. You decide the rule, the system applies it without arguments.
Where do the therapists' private notes live?
In the client file, visible only to the centre, with allergies highlighted. This is sensitive data and it is treated as such.
Is it worth it with two cabins?
If you work alone and your diary holds, no, and I will tell you so upfront. It pays off when cabins, therapists and packages together exceed what paper can hold.
