Restaurant site with table booking

An up-to-date menu, photos of the room and a button to book. People who find you on Google land here and book, without going through the phone.

The problem

The phone rings during service. Whoever calls while the room is full hangs up and tries the place next door, and you only find the gap that evening, looking at empty tables. Meanwhile the menu people see online is two seasons old, and the photos were uploaded by a customer on their phone.

What is included

What changes

Bookings arrive while you are working, in writing, with a name and a headcount. The menu the customer reads is the real one. And when someone searches your name they find you, not the portal that keeps a cut of every table.

See it working

Open, navigable demos, not screenshots. They are demonstration projects: no client was invented to fill this page.

Phases and timing

  1. Material and structure2 days

I collect the menu, photos and hours, and we decide which pages are actually needed.

  2. Build5-7 days

The site takes shape. Halfway through you see it online and tell me what to change.

  3. Bookings and Google1-2 days

We connect the calendar, test the booking path and align the Google listing.

In totalFirst version online in 7-10 days, if the menu and photos already exist.

Practical details

What is not included, what it connects to and the frequent questions: the part worth reading before asking for a quote, opened with one tap.

What is not included

  • Professional photography of the dishes, if you do not already have it
  • Floor and staff shift management, which is a back office and not a website

What it connects to

  • Google Calendar
  • Google Business Profile
  • Your own inbox
  • WhatsApp
  • Instagram
  • TheFork, if you already use it

Frequent questions

Does the site replace TheFork?

No, and that is not its job. TheFork brings you people who did not know you, and takes a commission for them. The site is there to get booked by people who already know your name, and on those you pay no commission.

Can I change the menu myself?

Yes, and that is the point. You get an access where you edit dishes and prices the way you would write a message.

What if two bookings land on the same table?

The calendar knows the capacity you set: when a slot is full it stops being selectable.

Does the site stay mine?

Yes. Domain, code and content are yours, and if one day you want to take them elsewhere you do not need my permission.
