Management for wineries and wine producers
Vintages, cellar operations and sales in one system. The bottle leaving the shelf knows its lot, its vineyard and its story, and the distributor has everything they need before they ask.
The problem
The cellar runs on paper logs and the memory of whoever has been there longest. Lot tracking is done when a recall forces it, not before. The wine list for the tasting room is a different document from the price list for the distributor, and the two drift apart. Direct sales at the farm gate go unrecorded until the end of the quarter.
Worth considering if today
- Cellar operations run on paper logs
- Lot tracking happens only when a recall forces it
- The tasting room list and the distributor price list drift apart
- Direct sales at the farm gate go unrecorded until quarter's end
What is included
Vintage and lot tracking
Every bottling linked to the vineyard, the vintage and the lot, so a recall is a search, not a reconstruction.
Cellar operations
Fermentation, racking, blending and ageing tracked per lot with dates and notes.
Unified price list
The tasting room, the distributor and the e-commerce read from the same data, each with its own view.
Direct sales entry
Farm-gate sales entered on the phone at the moment of sale, with the right documents.
Distributor area
Reserved catalogue and price list behind an access, so the buyer has everything before the first email.
What changes
A bottle leaving the shelf knows where it was grown and when it was bottled. The tasting room and the distributor see the same price list. And direct sales stop being a mystery the accountant solves at year's end.
The nearest proof
This one does not have a public demo of its own yet, and I would rather say so. Below are the projects that demonstrate the parts it is made of: if a back office handles a diary, stock and products, the same back office can handle another diary and another stock. Look at those and judge from them.
Independent demonstration project. Any trademarks, names, or logos shown belong to their respective owners: this is a portfolio concept, not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by them.

Frequent questions
Does it handle different formats and labels?
Yes. Each lot knows its bottles, labels and formats, so the same wine in three labels is three entries from one lot.
Can I track per vineyard?
Yes. The lot carries the vineyard, so you know which land produces which wine.
Is it worth it for a small cantina?
Under a thousand bottles the paper log works. It pays off when lot tracking becomes a regulatory requirement or when direct sales grow past a handful of clients.
