A business dashboard with the numbers that matter

The numbers scattered across management software, bank and spreadsheets meet in a single screen that updates itself. Monday opens with reading, not assembling.

The problem

The numbers exist, but each lives in its own system: revenue in the management software, costs in accounting, online sales in the e-commerce, the rest in sheets someone updates when they can. The overall picture gets built by hand once a month, and by the time it is ready it describes a month already gone.

Worth considering if today

What is included

What changes

The overall picture is no longer built: it is there. And problems show up while they are still curves, not when they are already balance sheets.

The nearest proof

This one does not have a public demo of its own yet, and I would rather say so. Below are the projects that demonstrate the parts it is made of: if a back office handles a diary, stock and products, the same back office can handle another diary and another stock. Look at those and judge from them.

Phases and timing

  1. The decisions and the numbers1 week

Which decisions you make every week and which numbers you need to make them. We start from the questions, not the charts.

  2. Connectors and dashboard2-4 weeks

The connections to the sources and the first version, iterated on with real numbers.

  3. Thresholds and habit1 week

The alerts, the access rights and the tuning after the first weeks of use.

In total3 to 6 weeks, depending on how many sources and how they connect.

Practical details

What is not included, what it connects to and the frequent questions: the part worth reading before asking for a quote, opened with one tap.

What is not included

  • Cleaning all the dirty history: the flow is fixed from today onward, not every cell of the past
  • Analytical accounting, which stays with the accountant: I read it, I do not produce it

What it connects to

  • Your management software or ERP
  • Fatture in Cloud and your accounting
  • WooCommerce or Shopify
  • The bank, via statements or open banking
  • Google Analytics and Meta Ads
  • Google Sheets, for what stays manual

Frequent questions

Is the data ours or yours?

Yours: the dashboard reads from your systems and lives on your infrastructure. I build, I do not hold.

What if a source has no connector?

We start from a periodic export or a structured sheet, and automate later. Better a semi-automatic number today than a perfect one never.

Isn't Excel enough?

If one person updates one file and the file holds, yes. The dashboard pays off when the sources are more than two and assembling them costs more than building this.

How fresh is it?

It depends on the source: the bank daily, the management software even hourly. The frequency is decided source by source, based on what is actually needed.
