Custom CRM for small businesses
Clients, deals and follow-ups in one place, with the fields that serve you. Six right fields, not sixty empty ones.
The problem
The client history lives in the inboxes of whoever handles them, and when a person leaves, the memory leaves too. Deals are tracked by feel, sent quotes have no follow-up date, and the CRM tried last year died because it demanded sixty fields to save a contact.
Worth considering if today
- The client history lives in the personal inboxes of whoever handles them
- Sent quotes have no follow-up date
- The CRM tried in the past was abandoned within a month
- Contract expiry dates surface when the client has already signed elsewhere
What is included
Records with your fields
The fields you actually use, duplicate control, and emails that attach themselves to the right record.
A pipeline on your stages
Deals move along the real stages of how you sell, not those of an American template.
Follow-ups that don't get lost
Every quote leaves with a follow-up date, and in the morning you know who to call.
Contract expiry dates
Ninety days before renewal the system warns you, with the history in front of you.
Sales reports
What is in the pipeline, what is closing, where deals are lost. Without anyone filling in a sheet on a Sunday.
What changes
Deals have a face and a date, follow-ups go out at the right moment, and the commercial memory stays in the company even when people change.
The nearest proof
This one does not have a public demo of its own yet, and I would rather say so. Below are the projects that demonstrate the parts it is made of: if a back office handles a diary, stock and products, the same back office can handle another diary and another stock. Look at those and judge from them.

- SaaS / AppsOpen demo ↗AI VisibilityInteractive demo of an 'AI search visibility' product: it tracks how a brand shows up in ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity and Claude answers. AVI 0–100 index, prompt monitoring, competitor analysis, AEO/GEO audit and a sentiment heatmap.
Phases and timing
- Your fields and your stages1 week
How you actually sell, which fields matter and which do not. This is the week that decides whether the CRM will be used.
- Records and pipeline2-4 weeks
Master data, deals and follow-ups, with your data imported. Tried on real work, not on demo data.
- Connections1-2 weeks
Email, calendar, your site's form and, if there is one, your management system.
In total4 to 8 weeks, depending on the connections and how clean the starting data is.
Practical details
What is not included, what it connects to and the frequent questions: the part worth reading before asking for a quote, opened with one tap.
What is not included
- I do not invent the contact list: we start from your real data, cleaned up together
- Marketing campaigns: the CRM prepares the lists, the sending stays with your email tool
What it connects to
- Outlook and Gmail
- Google Calendar
- Your website's form
- Fatture in Cloud or your management system
- WhatsApp Business
- Mailchimp or Brevo
Frequent questions
Why not a famous subscription CRM?
If its stages and fields resemble yours, take it, and I will say so gladly. Custom pays off when your way of selling does not fit the templates, or when the per-seat subscription costs more than the build.
Will the sales people use it?
If saving a contact costs ten seconds from a phone, yes. That is why the fields are six and not sixty.
Does the history stay with the company?
Yes, and it is one of the reasons to do this: when a salesperson leaves, the clients and the memory stay with you.
Where does the data live?
In a database of yours, in Europe, exportable whenever you want. The CRM is yours like everything else: code, access and data.
