Digital HACCP and traceability
Temperatures, batches and signed checklists from a phone, and the inspection file ready in a minute instead of a night.
The problem
HACCP registers get filled in by hand at the end of the shift, on a good day: fridge temperatures, on a bad one, get reconstructed. When an inspection arrives, the file is assembled from scattered binders, and if a supplier recalls a batch the reconstruction takes days.
Worth considering if today
- Temperature registers get filled in at the end of the shift, from memory
- Supplier certificates sit in a binder nobody opens
- A batch recall would mean days of reconstruction
- Sanitation checklists get signed in bulk at the end of the week
What is included
Temperatures under watch
The probes record on their own, day and night, and the anomaly reaches your phone while the goods can still be saved.
A signed digital register
Checklists are filled in from the phone at the right moment, with signature and time. No more filling in from memory.
Tracked batches
Every delivery comes in with batch and expiry. A recall becomes a search, not a reconstruction.
Supplier documents
Certificates and data sheets in an archive with the expiry dates in sight, not in a binder.
The inspection file
The compliance report generates in a minute, from a tablet, in front of the inspector.
What changes
Registers get filled in when things happen, the inspection finds a file instead of a binder hunt, and a recall becomes a ten-second search.
The nearest proof
This one does not have a public demo of its own yet, and I would rather say so. Below are the projects that demonstrate the parts it is made of: if a back office handles a diary, stock and products, the same back office can handle another diary and another stock. Look at those and judge from them.

Frequent questions
Does my HACCP consultant stay?
Yes, by design: the self-control plan is theirs, I build the tool that makes it actually get followed. The consultant is usually the first to be pleased.
Will the team really fill in the checklists?
More than before, because from a phone it costs thirty seconds at the right moment instead of twenty minutes at the end of the shift. And whatever is missing shows up immediately, not at the inspection.
Are the probes mandatory?
No: you can start with digitised manual readings and add probes later. It changes the effort, not the compliance.
Is it worth it for a small workshop?
If you produce and sell batches, yes, sooner than you would think: it is precisely the artisan workshop that a recall brings to its knees.
