Multichannel order management for manufacturing
Orders from email, phone, e-commerce and portal become one format, pass through departments with a status, and generate the right documents at the right moment.
The problem
Orders arrive by email, by phone, from the e-commerce and from a portal, each in a different format. Sales does not know when the warehouse ships, the warehouse does not know what sales promised, and the production schedule is rebuilt every morning from memory. Turnaround times go unmeasured because nobody sees the whole path.
Worth considering if today
- Orders arrive in four different formats from four different channels
- Sales does not know when the warehouse ships
- The production schedule is rebuilt every morning from memory
- Turnaround times go unmeasured because nobody sees the whole path
What is included
One entry point
An order from any source becomes the same format, with the same fields, in the same system.
Status flow
The order moves from received to confirmed, in production, ready and shipped, and everyone sees where it is.
Automatic documents
Confirmation, delivery note and invoice generate at the right moment from the order data.
Production visibility
The production team sees what needs doing and when, without a morning meeting to reconstruct the schedule.
Turnaround tracking
Average time from order to shipment, per product and per channel, measured without anyone filling a sheet.
What changes
Every order, regardless of where it started, follows the same path and produces the right documents. Sales and the warehouse see the same status. And turnaround stops being an estimate because the numbers are measured.
The nearest proof
This one does not have a public demo of its own yet, and I would rather say so. Below are the projects that demonstrate the parts it is made of: if a back office handles a diary, stock and products, the same back office can handle another diary and another stock. Look at those and judge from them.

Frequent questions
What if orders come in by phone with no structured data?
The person taking the call fills the same form the e-commerce uses. One entry, one format, regardless of where it starts.
Can I set different turnaround targets per product?
Yes. Each product or category can have its own target, and the system flags when it is at risk.
Does it replace the ERP?
If you have one that handles orders well, this may not be needed. It pays off when orders arrive from too many channels and the ERP does not see them all.
