What is included

Barcode-guided picking
The system tells the picker where to go and what to take, and the scanner confirms the right item before the wrong one leaves.
FIFO or FEFO rotation
The system enforces the rotation rule you choose, so the oldest lot goes first without anyone remembering.
Real-time stock
Every movement updates the count immediately. What the warehouse has and what the system says are the same number.
Cycle count on schedule
The count runs per zone on a rolling schedule, so the weekend job disappears.

The picker scans and goes to the right shelf. Expiry dates are visible before they become a loss. And the number on the screen matches the number on the shelf.

Frequent questions
Do I need to buy barcode scanners?
For the first version a phone camera works. Dedicated scanners make it faster, and you add them when the flow justifies it.
What if products do not have barcodes yet?
You generate them. The system creates lot codes and location labels, and the warehouse gets barcoded from day one.
Can I start with one zone and expand?
Yes. That is usually the right approach: one zone proves the flow, the rest follow on the same logic.
