The problem
The attendance sheet is a paper form that someone photographs and emails on Friday, and by Monday half the names are wrong. Progress photos end up in someone's phone gallery with no date and no reference to the job. Budget overruns show up when the invoices arrive at month's end, by which time they are already a problem.

What changes
Attendance is accurate and arrives at the office the same day. Progress photos are on file with a location and a date. And budget problems show up as curves on a screen instead of surprises in an invoice.

This one does not have a public demo of its own yet, and I would rather say so. Below are the projects that demonstrate the parts it is made of: if a back office handles a diary, stock and products, the same back office can handle another diary and another stock. Look at those and judge from them.

Frequent questions
Does it work offline on site?
Yes. Clock in, photos and notes work offline and sync when the connection returns. A construction site cannot depend on signal.
Can workers clock in for each other?
The geolocation checks make that unlikely, and the system flags it when it happens.
Is it worth it for a two-person firm?
Under five workers the paper sheet still works and I will tell you so. It pays off when sites multiply and attendance becomes a weekly admin job.
